Our Story
Meet Jenn and Brian
Party Pono Bar Collective is built by Jenn Sifuentes and Brian Flynn, a Kauaʻi-based hospitality team with more than 30 combined years behind bars, banquets, weddings, and events. Jenn brings high-volume bar-program experience, destination-wedding logistics, and an 18-year standard of cleanliness from Kauaʻi vacation-rental work. Brian brings the calm choreography of high-end banquet service and a patient, safety-first approach shaped by years mentoring young snowboarders. Together, they bring warm service, clear communication, and a shared belief that hospitality should be done right — for guests, hosts, each other, and this island.
Jenn Sifuentes
Jenn leads client communication, beverage planning, creative direction, proposals, bar presentation, and event preparation, drawing on extensive Kauaʻi hospitality and bartending experience.
Brian Flynn
Brian brings bartending, banquet, and event-service experience with a strong instinct for guest flow, setup, breakdown, equipment logistics, and calm event-day execution.
Party Pono Bar Collective was built by two people who found each other through a shared language: hospitality, craft, and a deep respect for doing things right. Jenn Sifuentes and Brian Flynn bring more than 30 combined years of bartending and event service — Jenn’s expertise in high-volume bar-program building and destination-wedding logistics paired with Brian’s fluency in the choreography of high-end banquets and events. They’ve already worked events together before Party Pono existed, and that shorthand shows in how naturally they run a bar side by side.
Their partnership extends well past work. Brian taught Jenn to golf, and they love to play together; between them they surf, fish, and stay close to the land and water that shape this island. That same grounding shows up in how they operate: Jenn has spent 18 years cleaning Kauaʻi vacation rental properties, a steady, unglamorous discipline that’s kept her rooted on this island and instilled a standard of cleanliness and quiet humility she brings straight into her bar work. Brian spent over a decade mentoring young snowboarders, patient, safety-first guidance that shows up now in how he takes care of guests. Jenn’s years on the Zero Waste Kauaʻi executive committee round out the picture — take care of people, take care of place, and do it consistently, not just when someone’s watching.
That’s what pono means to them: doing things right — for their guests, for each other, and for this island. Party Pono Bar Collective is the two of them building that principle into a business, one event at a time.
Why Party Pono
Comprehensive Bar System
Party Pono does not simply provide a bartender. We help plan the beverages, calculate purchasing, organize the bar, provide professional service, support guest flow, manage inventory, and handle bar-related recycling and waste—so your host, planner, and guests can enjoy the celebration.
